Refund policy

A Mid-Foot-Adapter used or unused can be returned within 14 days from purchase no-questions-asked. 

Please send us an email to contact@upandsee.info or call 0788 432 455 for advising us about the return.

The return adress is:

Fionia AG, Hinterbergstrasse 36, 6312 Steinhausen, ZG, Switzerland.

Please mark the returned box with your name and address, so that we can arrange the refund to your account.

Please note that the buyer has to cover the return shipment cost.
