Really disappinted

Fixings don’t fit - advice is the file bolts down with an industrial sanding machine?! Or use washers - which are not supplied! Product has promise but feels really amateurish and unfinished sadly - really disappointed.

Doesn't respect customer, or Consider it's fraud

This concerns a public message to "Mid-Foot Cycling", as well as a review regarding the seller. I purchased one pair of Mid-Foot adapters on October 5th, 2025. Today is November 15th, and so far:

I have not received anything, and

I have never received any response to the emails I already sent.
It is as if they don’t exist.

Within the first 10 days, I sent my initial email because I had received no updates and wanted to invoke my consumer rights and cancel the order — no response. Still within the 14-day period, I sent a second email asking for a reply to the first one — again no response. One week later, I sent another email to cancel everything and to ask that they respect European consumer rights — no response.

I sent yet another email, this time with the Belgian consumer protection organization in CC, as well as the Swiss one, since they present themselves as a Swiss company — still no response from Mid-Foot. I did however receive a reply from Belgian consumer protection, stating that I must wait for a response from the Swiss organization.

The name mentioned on the website is Niels Erikstrup, and it lists Zug as a reference location in Switzerland. Apparently, they don’t take customers, their rights, or their inquiries seriously. So up until today: no reaction, no apology, no refund. At this point, I consider this fraud.

More power

Moved cleats back 24mm and feel more powerful in the pedal stroke lowered the saddle 10mm to compensate
