I have been using my mid foot adaptors for a couple years and they have been a game changer for me, no more ball of foot discomfort! Recently one of the proprietary components became loose and was lost. Once I was able to connect with the company, spare parts (and extras!) were sent out promptly! Thank you very much for the superb customer service.
