Keine Schmerzen mehr im Vorderfuss

Der Einsatz der SPD-SL Platten von Mid-Foot Cycling hat endlich, nach Jahren des Ausprobierens mit verschiedenen Schuhen, Sohlen etc., die Lösung meiner Schmerzen im linken Vorderfuss gebracht. Ich verspüre keine schmerzenden Druckstellen und habe auch keine Hotspots mehr. Ich habe sogar das Gefühl, dass mein Tritt runder, ausgeglichener geworden ist. Ich verstehe nicht, warum keiner meiner Bikefitter das Thema auch nur ansatzweise in Erwägung gezogen hatte. Grosser Dank jedenfalls an Mid-Foot Cycling für die Entwicklung dieser Platten!

Nearly perfect

It did just what I wanted in a simple maner: bring the cleats in my shoes further back, for a more confortable position! I only missed a couple more screws - otherwise would give it 5 stars - a bit longer than the longest sent, because I was already using shims on one shoe, and the screws I was using for that would go into the shoe sole when attaching the cleat (plus shims) to the mid-fot plate.

Excellent Product

Excellent product. The only downside is that I have to file your screws down for using with shimano cleats. It would be great if you offered screws that fit right away.

Expensive and slow shipping

8 Euro for a letter domestic shipping inside Germany is not reasonable. It also took about 2 weeks.
