No more foot pain

This is the second set I have purchased, the first pair still in use but needed a second set for my indoor spin bike shoes.
I suffer with pain across the top of my feet if the cleats are fitted too far forward on my shoes because that makes my feet bend too much.Since using this conversation I have solved the problem and now cycle and walk pain free.
My only criticism is I could have done with a few more spare screws and also make them with a hex key fitting instead of a Philips head

Mit dem Liegerad

Die Verlängerung ist für das Liegerad ideal so hören die Knieschmerzen definitiv auf.

Great, But…

The idea is amazing and personally it really helped me with my metatarsalgia.
But there are few things I wish were different.

1. The screws provided with the adapter are Phillips screws and they strip pretty easily, especially considering the tourqe needed to tighten them properly. I would definitely prefer hex screws instead of Phillips, ideally high quality fasteners that can handle the required torque without stripping.

2. The thread lock that is on the screws is not enough to hold the screws in place (the adapter came loose on me mid ride) ended up using a proper liquid thread lock.
I know some companies give you a little tube of liquid thread lock.

3. As a result of the added thickness, the cleats touch the ground which is not ideal with spd.
I Wouldn’t make it any slimmer, but maybe an elevated rubber platform can prevent the cleats from touching the ground.

4. The tolerance between the 3d print and the adapter is really big, even though the pressure is enough to hold it in place it can still move around a bit within the space between the two parts. Haven’t had any problems with that, other than being annoyed by it.

All in all a great product!
And I would love to see a new version, that implements solutions for the things I noticed.
