More power

Moved cleats back 24mm and feel more powerful in the pedal stroke lowered the saddle 10mm to compensate

Should be supplied with screws of the right length

The product is overall of good quality but it's quite frustrating to have to source additional screws to avoid damaging your shoe soles with the standard Shimano ones. For the price point these should be included.
