Mid-Foot COMP

The COMP adapter is our light-weight version for the time-trial or the triathlon competition. The trade-off is that COMP offers 12-24mm displacement. For a competitive triathlete this is likely your right setting.

When in doubt, we recommend choosing the ERGO, which offers you a full range of cleat positions 0-24mm displacement from your bike shoe standard position.
